Legal renewal
In a lease contract, the contract period is automatically renewed based on the provisions of the Land Lease Law.
In the rental contract, if the contracting party does not notify that the contract will not be renewed or that the contract will not be renewed unless the conditions are changed, the contract is renewed under the same conditions as the previous contract. This is a legal update.
As mentioned above, "renewal of agreement" is, as the word implies, renewal of a contract with the agreement of both the lender and the borrower.
